We hope this message finds you well. We want to share an important update with you regarding the Members Site.

As of Wednesday, 8th May 2024, the site will be decommissioned and will no longer be accessible.

An alternative patient demographic application interface (API) is available for your system to seamlessly and securely obtain information from Mediclinic’s system.

We realise this system to system integration may take time to establish so we have created a short term solution that will be active for 4 months. This new platform is equipped with robust data security measures to safeguard patient’s information and will still facilitate the same patient demographic search functionality previously provided by the Member Site.

If you require access to the temporary MyPatients Lite application or need to establish the permanent system to system connection, please request your head radiologist/ pathologist or nominated branch/ location manager to email mpa.registration@Mediclinic.co.za urgently.

We appreciate your co-operation as we transition to this new platform.
